It's a good bank and everyone is willing to help and are polite. I have been with them for many years.
I went to the one in hyvee and the only girl that was working went and hid from me in the back part of the bank and shut the door as soon as i walked up to the counter, and didn't say a single word to me. I had a question about my online banking so i stood there and waited for the girl to come back out to talk to me. About 5 minutes later she came out, grabbed her water bottle and walked away, and still didn't say a single word to me, not even hi. Worst customer service I've ever had at any bank.
